3.30.07 on tap. Excellent head and color. Very smooth. Malt is the name of the game. Nice brew.

Apr 7, 2007 on nitro-pours a light tan head that laces and copper color. Aroma is roasty, caramel-medium malt (nice). Taste is slightly bitter hops competes with this roasty, caramel-medium malt initially. Then finishes mild. Minimum carbonation.
