Ontap at the Bethlehem location. Medium golden in color with a small sized white head. Aromas of spices, some yeast, and citrus. Tastes of coriander, candi sugar, a little fruitiness, yeast, and orange peels. Nice and refreshing after being outside in 100 degree weather.

Ontap at the Bethlehem location. This brew has aromas of typical Belgian spices, with candy sugars, coriander, orange peel, and of course that unique barnyard yeast. The appearance is a golden color with a thin wispy white head. The flavors are similar to the nose with the candied malts, Belgian yeasts, and a bit of hop. A good beer, but ultimately forgettable.

I didn’t like this one so much. I found it a fair bit too sweet for my tastes. Not whole lot going on, run of the mill Belgian golden flavour without the crispness and spiciness I’d have hoped for...
