COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Created from an award winning homebrew recipe, Pro-Am IPA was brewed specifically to further promote the great tradition of beer making. Copper in color with a toasted malt flavor and clean crisp bitterness. Brewed with English floor malted barley and hops. Aged on American chinook hops to stimulate the senses.

sampled on tap @ Allentown. Clear light amber in color. Aroma is fairly nondescript, with some fresh floral hops and some sweet pale malts lingering in the background. Taste: English floral hops, light toasted malts, with a medium body. Finishes lightly bitter. Decent.

On tap at the Allentown Brew Works locations. Poured a meidum amber / copper color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of floral, fresh hops, earthy and toasted malts. Tastes of citrus (oranges), floral, toasted caramel, and earthy. Lighter bitter finish.
