COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light amber belgian style ale with hints of orange marmalade, toffee, and caramel. Brewed with Belgian candi shugar, dark malts and hopped with a touch of imported hops. This unique brew is smooth and refreshing and a great way to usher in spring.

Pours a copper color with a thin white head. Aroma of citrus, coriander, and some yeast. Taste of yeast, citrus, coriander. Very enjoyable!

On tap at the Allentown Brew Works. Pours a lightly hazy golden/amber with a medium creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, banana, clove, corriander, Belgian yeast, bready and floral. Flavor was a mix of the same but I was getting some caramel/toffee in the flavor which I did not really pick up in the aroma. A nice Belgian Ale.
