This unfiltered belgian style wheat beer is brewed with special yeast that creates refreshing flavor and texture. Brewed with chamomile, curacao, orange peel and coriander to create a smooth citrus finish. Usaully enjoyed with a slice of lemon.

This I really like. Pours pineapple cloudy from tap. Some decent orange and coriander notes on the nose. Nice bubble gum flavor on the tongue with just a hint of orange peel. Finishes clean. Great summertime beer.

Allentown. Hazy golden yellow with a decent head and some lace. Aroma is phenolic, peppery, lemongrass and doughy wheat. flavor is lemon-lime, toast, biscuit, cream of wheat, light dms, corn, decent belgian yeastiness, creamy mouthfeel with just a touch of coriander spice. Actually fairly good for a wit.

On tap @ Bethlehem Brew Works Pours a hazy yellow with a bubbling white head. The head deminshing quickly and leaves a spotty lacing. Has a good aroma of corriander, citrus, wheat, and some spice. Has a good carbonation. The flavor is good crisp and clean. Has a light body. The finish is good. The aftertaste is very mild. A very refreshing beer with decent taste.

The aroma is a bit wheaty with some spice and sweet notes. The color is yellow with a decent white head. The flavor of a typical wit - bready and sweet. There is some zesty citrus notes as well. A tasty, easy to drink white ale.

On tap, at Allentown. Pours a hazy yellow gold body with a small creamy white head that fell to a thin film. Nice typical Wit nose of coriander and orange peel, some wheat, and a light undertone of yeast. Spice forward flavor, but not overdone with the coriander and orange peel. Some delicate wheat and a touch of fluffy yeast on the finish. Soft and smooth mouthfeel with moderaate fizzy carbonation. Long lingering coriander finish. Pretty standard for a good Wit. Won’t blow you away, but quite drinkable.

Cloudy and hazy. There are definite hints of both fruit and spice in here. It comes off as a fine summer beer, one that you could have a growler full.
