This unfiltered belgian style wheat beer is brewed with special yeast that creates refreshing flavor and texture. Brewed with chamomile, curacao, orange peel and coriander to create a smooth citrus finish. Usaully enjoyed with a slice of lemon.

Tap the Bethlehem Brew works after doing a bit of hiking so this refreshing brew really hit the spot. Pours a hazy whittish yellow with fluffy head. Nose of orange zest and yeast. tastes of yeast, light citrus, banana, coriander, white pepper, vanilla, and floral. nice solid wit

A flavorful beer. Average style. Medium body, but the spiced character did not appeal to me.

Lively carbonated amber beer with a frothy white head. Not distinctly aromatic. Tastes bitter orange and yeast. Chamomile balances bitterness of orange peel.

A 5 minute pour as it was energetic when uncapped, then the head was more than the liquid....an ominous start. Aroma is banana, slight citrus. Taste is lemon, metallic, hot dog, rye type spiciness. A decent mouthfeel for a lighter beer.

This was awful. So watery and light. Very boring and bland. Had this and a ’dark wheat’ that I don’t see listed to rate. Good thing for them I guess....would have been rated poorly.

Hazy orange-amber body, medium sized white head, spotty lacing. Nose is light wheat, citrus, and mild spices (chamomile and coriander). Flavor skews spice forward, perhaps too much so. Medium bodied with appropriate carbonation, lingering spice/floral finish.

Pound a few bottles while watching your favorite sport and enjoy the hazy yellow citrus sweet refreshing Wit. Another beer by Fegley’s that with improved logo and canned at the right price would be a great seller.
