Tap at the Brewpub as part of sampler. Pours jet black with small head. Nose of chocolate and coffee. tastes of lots of coffee, dark chocolate, earth, smoke, vanilla, and woody. medium bodied and creamy. very easy drinker but tasty non-the-less.

Poured a deep black with aromas of roast and dark malt with some light cream. Flavors match the aromas with nice roast and chocolate almost like a guiness but with more flavor on nitro.

Definitely the best they offer at this moment in the restaurant. Dark black color with a touch of light allowed through. Caramel, dark chocolate, some coffee notes and malt make this a rich combo. The mouth is light enough to call a stout, but really a full flavor that is well done. Tap

On tap at Bethlehem brewpub. Thick creamy head thins then retains for a while. Some lacing. Beer is black in color. Aroma is well roasted malts. Taste is lightly sweet with a touch of bitterness. Smooth creamy finish. Notes of oatmeal and roasted malt. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Overall very enjoyable well flavored and smooth stout.

Dark brown almost black in color. Aromas of chocolate, oats and coffee. Creamy texture with sweet taste. It has coffee and roasted elements.

Went to the restaurant an had a meal and a sampler. This was the best of the bunch. A super dark super tasty brew. Rich and robust wih a complex palate. A very, very good beer.

Pours deep brown with a medium creamy tan head. Aroma is roasty with dark chocolate and mild burnt notes. Flavor has dark fruit with hints of coffee, molasses, and dark chocolate. Mouthfeel is light and creamy with a watery dark chocolatey finish.
