BigSkyman007 (192), USA Jul 23, 2002 Has become one of my favorite beers...very impressive summer brew...medium to dark brown appearance, hints of citrus and clove, with a very pleasant hoppiness to it. If you happen to be in Bethlehem, give this beer a try!!!!
chriso (4434), London, Greater London, England Nov 18, 2006 On tap at the brewpub, July 2006. 5.0% according to my notes. Hazy, pale gold/straw colour - looked very like the hefe. But much sharper on the palate - distinctly tart in fact. The coriander is noticeable. Tending towards a Belgian Wit in character, although I don’t know whether there is any wheat in the mash. A bit let down by a thin, rather weedy mouthfeel for me. Not bad though. Looks like the 2006 version was a bit different to the 2005.
jcwattsrugger (4272), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Oct 27, 2006 on tap-pours a white head with hazy straw color. Aroma is wheat, light sweet malt, citrus, mild hops. Taste follows. OK carbonation. Tommathy (1), Virginia, USA does not count Jun 27, 2006 Very very pleasant palate-wise, with a wonderfully clean, fresh initial mouth-feel and an even, well rounded bitterness to finish. Definite citrus and spice notes which disappeared quickly from the tongue with the cleansing action of the hops. IndiaDaleAle (35), Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 25, 2006 I really liked this summery beer. It had a nice, fresh spice flavor with coriander and lemon coming out strong. The appearance was good, with a decent amount of foamy white head. I thoroughly enjoyed this one. richlikebeer (747), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 8, 2005 lots of malt, yeast and some cinnamon in the nose, coming off a cloudy pale orange body with a slight white lacing. flavor had a good amount of yeast and tons of spices, corriander, pepper, lemon, and a very tangy hoppy tail. a little bit of a hop bite lingered behind, but alltogether, a nice brew.
