Cask handpump at the Shoulder of Mutton 21.06.12 an ESB 5% I am sat with Peter Fowler and chatting with him about this beer and understand that there are Cascade and Perle hops in here. The beer pours sparkling gold with a white head, looks stunning absolutely perfect. Full flaboured with a fruity and malty character, quite thick in mouth, some bitter toffee with the hoppiness sitting back a little but very much there. This seems very popular with the locals and one can see why, a very decent drop. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.6
