Bottle, Wirral Food and Drink Festival. Clearish golden colour with virtually no head. Aroma was hoppy with yeast and fruit notes. Similar hoppy flavour with an orange tang. Finishes dryish. Pleasantly balanced and well drinkable, despite being a tiny bit on the thin side. Worth a try for sure.

A Mes rate: cask at the New Oxford.
Mid gold with a thin white head. Fruity malt, lots of bread and very earthy. Hops are just about detectable in the finish. A solid but very uneventful bitter.

Pours clear golden with a small, staying, frothy, white head. Aroma has sweet malt, light grassy hops. Low carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, malty and rather grassy. Okay.
