When creating the recipe for this beer, we bore in mind what one associates with oatmeal. Hence the base was laden with a bunch of oat flakes, roasted malts and roasted barley. The end result reflects this - intensive flavours, a coffee and dark chocolate aroma and a creamy texture. So we would not smother this, we added only as much hops as was needed to delicately balance the flavour.

Kicsi, gyorsan elillanó hab, fekete szín. Illata kávés, pörkölt malátás. Íze pörkölt malátás, kávés, némi édes-savanykás gyümölcsösséggel. Alig-alig keserű. Utóízét leginkább kávés ízek uralják, hangyányi savanyúval. Közepesen testes, jól csúszó sör.

From bottle. Pours black, with brown head. Chocolate, wood, nuts, earth, roasty note. Medium to full body, little sourness, too high carbonation.

Bottled. 10cl sample. The aroma has light roast, some raisin, red berries. Black coloured beer with almost no head, just a thin, beige lace. The taste is light bitter, light sourish, has some roast. Bit thin bodied, moderate carbo. Not too good.

Bottle at hopaholic. Black colour, with a medium brown head. Nose is sligtly sour, similar to coldbrew coffee. Taste is slight sourness low bitterness. Some coffee, and nothing of the the creamy mouthfeel i love in sweet stouts.

Pours a dark chocolate brown with a light brown head. Aroma has notes of bacon, dark chocolate, roasted malt and a bit of raisins. Taste of coffee, roasted malts and notes of raisins with a pleasant dark chocolate bitterness. Fairly full body with dark chocolate and coffee aftertaste. A very drinkable stout, heavenly matched with brownies and muffins.

Una delle peggiori stout mai assaggiate. Pura salsa di soia. Probabilmente birra con problemi.

From XXXII. In Teku glass. Ordering labels collection. Good yet not amazing taste, although It has something that makes you crave for more after each sip. Lots of sediements at the bottom

33cl bottle bb0./2016@impuritylaw’s hosted Cellarclearing 2, I/2016, merci. - Oatmeal roast, bread porridge, bitter chocolate and than enter the main player upon the stage: sesame oil - hard to evade or escape once it has crept up upon your nostrils... Again more sesame paste and soy, Asian cuisine style in flavour than retreating chocolate...Fruity aspects emerge upon warming, opening up towards complexity a tad too late for me to start loving it. Nice mouthfeel.
