Quite fizzy and watery with a small white head. Aroma has citrus a bit honey. Watery and soft at the beginning, slightly sour at the middle and a little bit bitter at the end. Always with the feeling that something big is coming... but no, it just doesn’t.

Jul ’14. A 0.33 l bottle Marko brought from Slovenia, thanks for sharing! It poured clear light yellow body with quite small head. Fine apple and some chalky yeast notes aroma. Malt was represented in even more mellow fruity way with some biscuit. Flavor pronounced the biscuit malt component and light bitterness makes it more balanced. Not particularly rich in body, rather thin, but that’s all counts for the charm of the style. Lightly sweet and mostly bitter finish. Really good, elegant Kölsch!

Teku glass. Bottle. Golden, clear with big, white head. Good lacing. Intense hoppy aroma of tropical fruits together with bready/biscuits notes - very nice and refreshing. In taste mostly malts are noticabe, light to medium bitterness. Light body, thin texture, medium carbonation. Malty finish. Light beer, quite drinkable, good for hot weather. Maybe it’s not 100% kolsch style, but worth trying.

Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. This is a very pale straw coloured beer with a delicate floral fruity flavour, toffee and gentle grassy notes followed by a light citrus spicy fruity finish.

Bottle. Light colour, clear, medium white head bit lacing on a glass. Strong aroma of pine, herbs, some grass and slice of lime. It’s quite bitter, but there is some sweetness underneath. It would be really nice if not the long, bitter grassy finish.
