Jamedra (651) - Hostivice, CZECH REPUBLIC - MAY 2, 2015
Bottle, many thanks to Werckmeister.

0,5L on tap at the Bevog brewery. Almost clear, golden colour with long lasting, medium big, white head. Aroma is very hoppy and spicy with (I think) Bevog note - citrusy hops and tropical fruits. I’m almost sure, you won’t found these kinda hops in regular kolsch. Taste is citrusy acidic in the begining and turns into medium bitter finish. This beer has medium body and it’s very drinkable and refreshing. I hope it’ll be available in bottles before summer...

Very nice beer. Dry with a clean malty edge to it. Hops dominate but this one still achieves a nice balance. Tasty.

Pours a light yellow, very clear. Foamy white head, medium sized and the retention on the low side. The aroma is intense, yet pleasant with notes of raisin, mango, citrus. The taste is dry with a heavy bitterness that lingers on for a long while until some bready notes finish it off. A bit thin. The carbonation is lively and goes well with the high bitterness. Overall a very well balanced and enjoyable beer form Bevog.

Saeglopur (839) - Vienna Woods, AUSTRIA - MAY 17, 2014
UPDATED: MAY 21, 2014 Draught at Craft Bier Fest Wien. Golden, hazy body, with a big, creamy, white head, that sticks to the glass a lot. Aroma of yeast, grains, citrus and grass. Tastes of citrus, grass, flowers, grains, some herbs. Mouthfeel is medium to light, with a lively carbonation and it finishes smooth, moderate bitter, citric and grainy. Really refreshing, quaffable beer, with nice, flowery aromas. One of the best Kölsch I’ve had!
