COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale ale basically originates from England, but we have brewed it in our own way. It was designed with the idea of a very tasty, aromatic and balanced beer. The base of the beer is formed by a relatively simple combination of the basic and caramelised malts. This base was then overlaid with 4 types of hops that give it a fresh, fruity aroma and a superbly refreshing taste, which together with the malt base creates highly balanced and dangerously drinkable ale.

UPDATED: APR 7, 2016 Nice hop, citrus, honey aroma. Gold/orange color, blurry, tiny white head. Taste of citrus, bit honey, sweet, bitter and stays for long changing its character over time. Always like to get back to bevog.

Faint aroma. Taste is sweet fruit (mango) but also passionfruit. Dry, piney and somewhat resinous bitterness. OK pale ale, more taste than what is normal

Color oro carico, pale ale abbastanza equilibrata, con evidenza iniziale di malti caramellati e seguito di agrumi e frutta tropicale.

citrus, floral, lots of elderberry, some caramel malt, slightly bready. Quite a lovely aroma, very similar to kramah. pale, clear, white foam, minimal head, good retention. more medium than light bitterness, some very gentle sweetness from the malt. Again the tastes are very similar to the aroma- citruses, elderberry, caramel, bready notes. Much better balanced than their ipa.light body, slick feel, average carbonation, medium bitter finish. Overall a lovely new age pale ale that is quite aromatic and has slightly lower levels of bitterness than the ipas but has malt support. Nicely drinkable, although i did get tired of it quite quickly. I think i could not have more than two of these in the course of an evening (not because of the alcohol :D).
