Pale ale basically originates from England, but we have brewed it in our own way. It was designed with the idea of a very tasty, aromatic and balanced beer. The base of the beer is formed by a relatively simple combination of the basic and caramelised malts. This base was then overlaid with 4 types of hops that give it a fresh, fruity aroma and a superbly refreshing taste, which together with the malt base creates highly balanced and dangerously drinkable ale.

Draught at Café Petkovšek, Ljubljana. Pours nearly clear amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of citrus and hops, with notes of malt and touches of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of citrus and malt and some estery and fruity touches. Lingering, bitter and citric aftertaste. Decent.

33cl can: Golden blonde color. Peach fruit and caramel aroma - my guess is Amarillo? Seems typical. Stone fruit zest and pithy bitterness along with some herbal notes and hay maltiness. Light body and a very soft carbonation. A lovely beer.

Jul. ’15. Thanks Marko for the 0.33 l bottle! It poured a clear, golden-amber body with a tiny head. Biscuit aroma, also of fruity and lightly pepper hops. Bittersweet flavor, sharp dry herbal hops, tropical fruits, elderflower, fine biscuit, bubblegum, touch of caramel only. Medium to full body, Long citrus, especially lemony finish with dry herbal, paper like hops presence. Very nice and tasty atypically hopped APA.
