3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
[330ml bottle, the Beer Hive, Edinburgh] Pours a clear golden amber, with a nice, inch-high white head. Aroma is quite powerful grapefruit on toast. Some honey, bready and almost marmalade-like on the nose as well. Immediate hit of lemon and orange on the palate, before - fairly quckly - the malt elements arrives and the bready, herbal flavours come in. Not as hoppy as I was expecting - which is a good thing. The lasting aftertaste is juicy citrus, and some alcohol, but the middle to late backbone of the bready malt really makes this beer. Great balance

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear amber colour with medium and lasting to the bottom head. Nice aroma of citrus, grapefruit and mango, biscuits and pale malts. Taste is well balanced, medium sweet (caramel and biscuits) and low to medium bitterness (full of citrus and some herbal note on background). Between low and medium body. Soft carbonation. Tasty APA.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle 33 cl. pours a clear amber with a small, white head. Sweet caramel and rather distinct diacetyl in the nose. No real aroma hops. Medium body, sweet caramel and some hops in there alright, but they don’t come out as anything but bitterness. Has a metallic finish. 180214

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from the brewery. Beautiful clear, copper body, with big, creamy, white head, that is really stable. Interesting aroma of red fruits, passion fruit, mango, citrus, some other tropical fruits, grass, caramel. Taste with about the same aromas and a greatly balanced malt backbone, with bready and grassy notes. Medium mouthfeel, with a slick texture and it finishes medium bitter, with citrus, grass and some mango. Delicious Pale Ale, with a great balance and lots of interesting aromas!

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Again, an awesome label.
Pours with a clear orange color and a very decent white head with great retention.
There are some pleasant citrus hops in the aroma, and there was also a very faint medicine smell.
The taste was nice. Some sweet citruses at first followed by a quite bitter body, although not unpleasantly bitter. The aftertaste was likewise bitter.
A very nice, full and tasty beer. Great job.
