Bottle 0,75l. Pours a cloudy orange golden colour that leaves a big nice lacing. Aroma of citrus and sour dough. Same for taste. Very refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

[Tap] Tried this one at Hopleaf in Chicago. Hazy and light golden in color. Large white head. Grassy nose with tart and funky notes. Fruits, yeast, light vanilla, lime zest and grassy/lightly vegetal notes in the taste. Dry finish. A good saison for sure. Tasting notes from 2/2014.

750ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Nesodden. Huge four finger off-white head which settles quickly. Cloudy pale yellow/orange body. Aroma is spicy and stingy. I sense caramel malt, salt, cooked vegetables, grass, coriander root and pear. Reminds me of a geuze. Sour on the tongue at first, with a bitter/sweet aftertaste.

Pour out of 750 mL bottle, hazy orange pour with nice white head, lasts well. Aroma is oak, vanilla herbal, grassy notes, hints of nice earth, some peach, pear notes into a bit of apricot, slight pepper, spice notes, pretty nice and refreshing. Taste is a nice mix of oak, grass, vanilla, honey, hints of earth into peach, apricot, some nice funky, grainy notes, finishin fairly spicy, some phenols, dry. Delicious and crushable.

Bottle: Poured a light hazy yellow color ale with a super large foamy white head with great retention and some very good lacing. Aroma of light bready yeast notes with some light funky vinous notes and rustic malt with nice floral notes. Taste is also a remarkable mix of rustic malt with light bready yeast with some peppery notes and some light funky notes with white wine notes also perceptible. Body is about average with almost perfect carbonation. Lovely stuff that I would love to have access to on a regular basis.

75cl bottle. Pours hazy straw yellow with a bil white head. Aroma of fruits and yeast. Taste is kind of sour and bitter. Paid over $ 20 for this at the Vinmonopol. Way too much for a 5 % alc beer. But thats Norway for you...good beer though

Bottle - Batch 9 - Funky lemon, tropical fruit with some raw oak and grass. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Tart and funky lemon, nice hoppy bitterness and a dry bitter finish. There is quite a bit going on and hard to explain, but well balanced flavors that is quite refreshing.
