Bottle shared, thanks Juan! Lovely flamed pear tart character, some earthy and floral notes very smooth and dry on the finish. Excellent stuff, would love to degustate this one again.

It pours light golden with a slight orange tinge to the color. It has a large white head. It has a high fruit aroma with some sour and clove like elements to it. It has a combination of a high fruit flavor with a sour kick. The hop flavors are spicy which provides a good balance between the fruit and sour flavors. It feels moderate, but on the low side. It has a dry finish with a high amount of carbonation.

Fantastic, hoppy, spritzy farmhouse. A hint of barn, but more fresh and effervescent. Excellent, body and well carbed. Excellent.

Bottle sampled as part of the beer pairing at Luksus on November 27th, 2015 with Linh. Pours a hazy golden body with thick white head. Nose is sour citrus, tart lemons, yeast and farm funk. Mouthfeel is medium and spot on with notes of funky barnyard, brett, sour lemons, yeast, some belgian character and soft grains on the palate in the finish.

Bottle from Lizardville. Poured at home for the Piggy Birthday in my Piggy snifter. Hazy deep gold-orange pour with big pillowy head. Powerful lace. Aroma is lemon, lime, and orange zest (super tropical) with some citric acids, some herbal funk, and biscuit. The taste is also very citric acid and troical with lime, lemon, and orange zest. On the backend you get an earthy herbalness Lots of carb and sprite finish. Tingles on your tongue. Very refreshing.

Light gushing to medium, stable, very dense yellowish head over fully hazy yellow-ochre beer. Near pungent citrus/orange nose, preserved orangepeel, reduced orangesauce with cilandro,, cervil, or other green fresh herbs, meatester. Lots of lactic acid, wild yeasts, barnyard, citrus (if less markedly orange). Titillating MF; very slight acidburn, light body, long-lasting flavours. Very good - in fact, in my book this is more lambic than saison. However, historically speaking the difference might be less than we imagine today.

(bottle) murky golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of vanilla, some bubble gum, dusty attics and green olives, with a touch of balsamic vinegar and cherry stones. flavour is mostly raisins, apricots and more cherry stones, with a light hint of mouldy wood and lots of herbal hops in the rather tannic finish. medium-bodied with lively carbonation.

Bottle. Light funky yeast note, spice, lime, green apple skin. Light body, light slimy, mellow, lime, initially a hint dead Belgian yeast, later just a fitting salty/clayish note. Lime, Apple aftertaste. Very interesting !

750 ml green bottle poured a cloudy yellow with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, spice, vanilla and light white wine. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of straw, citrus, light white wine, light oak and light white pepper with a smooth dry lingering citrus finish.
