Served on tap at the Thirsty Monk. Poured a hazy dark orange with a solid white head with amazing lacing. Aroma of fresh fruit with the likes of pears and peaches. There is just the slightes hint of barnyard funk which is enough to keep it interesting. The flavor is very juicy with the same peaches and pears present in the aroma but much more powerful here. More funkiness but it plays nicely in the background. The fruityness lasts throughout but transitions wonderfully into an absolutely bone dry finish like a great Saison should. Overall, this is one of the best Saisons I have experienced and a truly world-class beer. Glad I was able to try it.

On tap a TJs. Pours cloudy bronze with two finger quickly dissipating white head. Barnyard, horse, root cellar, grapefruit, light fruit. Moderately sour and sweet. Medium body. Starts out really strong but seems a bit watery by the bottom of the glass.

Draft at Churchkey. Poured a pretty cloudy golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was some light funk, berry fruits, a touch of wood notes, and some spice funk to it. Flavor had some light fruit notes, some woody notes, spice, fruits and a nice funky character to it. This was highly drinkable and enjoyable.
