Bottle (75 cl) from Systembolaget. Clear golden, medium white head. Earthy, fruity aroma with some strange floral notes. Medium bodied, medium to high carbonation. Dry with some acidity and low to medium bitterness.

Shared 11.2 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is white wine, musty, sour fruits, and spice. Taste is white wine, tart fruits, spice, balsamic vinegar, wood notes, and barnyard. Sour, but not excessively so. Has some sweetness. Light-bodied. Quite refreshing.

Aroma: sour and funky with some hops underneath; smells promising; Appearance: hazy golden with billowy white head that dissipates quickly; Taste: starts sour and finishes bitter; a little sweet and funky; very good; Palate: short, bitter finish with a medium body; Overall: great saison, refreshing, though perhaps a tad too bitter. Would buy again.

1/2 Pint on tap @ Barcelona Beer Festival. Pours intense golden with medium white head. Nice lacing. Both aroma and taste are lemon, caramel and tropical fruits. The aftertaste is moderately sour and bitter. Medium body, perfect carbonation. It actually deviates towards a Lambic-Gueuze. Very well balanced and tasty, well done.

A solid saison that has a nice tartness to it with some light spice, fixes the Sassoon craving, but also wanted a litter more earthy, or hay barnyard to it.

Hazy orange color. Good and fizzy. Aromas of mustard, spices, and other weird funkiness. Great complex flavor with touches of bubble gum, sour strawberries with some good bitterness in the end. Nice malt underneath. Excellent beer. One of my favorite saisons.

Tasted from the tap on the 08/02/2016. Oak barrels aged is present. Some sweet paladar and fruity and dry finish. Next one please!

Golden copper in color with a thin white lacy head and decent retention. Aroma is moderately ttart and complimented by lemon and a mild funk. Taste is initially very tart but quickly fares to a nice balance between tart and sweet. Delicious!

My Bottom Line:
Dill-like herbs ride fruity tartness in this funky yet somewhat charming rustic brew.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A slice of foam tops the cloudy blond.
-Palate feels natural and is rather comfortable too.
-The acetic acidity takes some getting used to.
-Hard to believe there are no actual herbs or spices used in this one (as the commercial deScription claims).

Bottle.

This cloudy gold colored beer has a slightly sour aroma and slightly wheaty flavor and mild spicy note which is very subtle. I really like the sour it isn't too strong but not too boring.
