On tap at Bigby’s Pour House in Addison, IL. and snifter served showing a hazed, orangey gold color, with a frothy layer of soft white head foam that hung around for awhile, and curtainy to web-like cling to the lacing. The nose was fruity yet tart, with citrus as orange, light yeasty funk, and hints of sweetness & oakiness. Medium bodied, with a decent level of showcasing carbonation, the taste presented a nice cooperation of tartness, moderate, earthy bitterness, and pleasant dryness into the finish. Very appealing and balanced components that I wanted to last for the price, but too drinkable to savor too long.

floral, pale, sparkling, white foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, medium sourness, medium body, thin feel, fizzy, astringent, Beautiful color, refreshing. The sip is like a road leading to a hidden clearing in the forest. Easy path first, fruity, then sour and bitter bumpy part to finally reach the beautiful spot: all taste merge into a glorious final. Excellent beer...

Multiple keykeg draught glasses, both buttermilk yeast-hazy (end of key) and clear - both supremely original, extending the sense of what new world dryhopped & fancybarreled saison can be, without making a travesty of it. - Shorthand: tastes like freshly squeezed yellow grapefruit juice in buttermilk with an intense lime pith finish. - Will have to elaborate from minute notes, but just this: even in between De la Senne/Thiriez and Cantillon Lambic from tap/pump, this was the most stellar pour...spectacular, on point and that to the point where its Swiss cleanliness becomes an asset? Ben oui.

Pours a bright golden yellow with fizzy head. Aromas of tropical fruits and some citrus peel. Funky orange/lemon peel flavors with a nice woody funk.

Bottle from Rosey, thanks sis. Nice tart aroma, some lemon and citrus. Looks like a standard saison, with a crap ton of carbonation. Really dry, nice flavor. Tart orange and lemon but not sour. I am not huge into this style, but would definitely drink again. Nice low abv too.

Tart, yeasty, Green apples, hay, hay, grass, floral, lots of vinegar and barnyard, Golden colour, medium white head, lacing. Barrel aging evident, big tartness, mid-sweet, lightly bitter, funky yeast and acidity dominate, oaky notes softens it down and gives layers of complexity. Medium body, average carbonation, complex tart finish. Awesome.
