"The smell on this is fucking awesome."
-Dickinsonbeer

Peachy, tart, dry, funky aroma, notes of kiwi and Pacific beach. Crisp, raw, complex body, very fruity but very controlled, with a small residual malt sweetness. Solid saison.

On tap at Open Baladin in Rome-Italy. Semi clear dark gold color going Amber, tick off-white cap. Nose: tomato sauce, wood and leather. Socks too. Mouth: super dry, sharp, pungent. Funky woody notes, pepper palate a bit astringent. Just another tasty BFM! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @Open Baladin (Rome). Pours deep golden with a medium off-white head. Aroma of yeasts, tomato sauce, wood, caramel, barnyard. Flavour is light sweet, malty, with a solid acidic end, quite complex. Medium body, medium to low carbonation. A bit rough, but nice.

Bottle at home. Wonderfully complex aroma of tart fruits, Bretty funk, citrus, zesty orange, oak, light malty, spicy notes, apricot. Flavour is tart and medium sour. Body is medium. Wow, this Saison is something else entirely, it leaves most ’competitors’ way behind. This almost akin to a Lambic, wonderful complex Bretty funky and sour, amazing!
