On tap at Rustico in Alexandria. Served in a stange. Pours a fairly-hazy golden-peach color with a thin, bubbly white head that feel somewhat quickly into a lasting thin collar atop the beer. The nose started with some light stone fruits beside some light grain and straw. As it warmed, there was a bit of light spice and mild tropical fruit. Along with the slight acidity, the fruits gave off a bit of a kiwi and pineapple impression. Flavor was even better with the acidity picking up and really carrying the flavors through. Beautiful fruit and strong along with a touch of backing pepper and yeasty spice. Body was light and crisp, really popping. It was incredibly difficult to put this one down. Ultra delicious and one of the best saisons that I’ve ever had.

Tap at Maxs. Unfiltered dull orange tan. Foamy, patchy, lacy head. Low carbonation, nice fruity sourness. Sour, juicy, lemon-tinged bubblegum notes. Pretty nice flavor, not unlike a Jolly Pumpkin at times. The mellow subdued carbonation isn’t really a bonus. Pretty nice beer, but not quite World Class.

Amazing beer with an incredibly fascinating barrel character, somewhat reminds me of some burgundy BA stuff I’ve had, really funky, nice spiciness, yogurty, good stuff.

11.2oz Swing Top Bottle - listed as 5% - Pour is hazy gold, with a firm, fine bubbled white head into this glass - it retains fairly well, with robust lacing present here. The nose is grain, peppery spice, with strong citrus notes here. Brett notes provide some orange rind, oak presence, and mild funk here. Yes. Please. The flavor profile is brett / pineapple, orange rind funk, it’s a touch sharp moving forward with light earthen oak, spicy notes, and a certain yeasty tart element that i find very appealing. I need more !

On tap at the Thirsty Monk (AVL). ASBC barrel version Hazy amber body with a markedly thick and durable head. Mildly funky and fruity aroma; moderately spicy. Very complex flavor. Medium-high tartness; mild bitterness; apricots; subtle effects of barrel aging. Funk makes it slightly challenging. Excellent soft carbonation.

hazy orange color, Smells fantastic lots of orange and honey and sweet brett. very sweet, loads of funky brett. really well blended, very approachable and super light. maybe too much bitterness at the finish but that would fade with time. this was a 12oz flip top bottle. I want more!

Bottle. Vibrant but cloudy orange colour with a firm head. The aroma is full and inviting with citrus zest, spices, funky qualities, musky. The flavour is fruity, namely lime and orange, with tart qualities, muskiness, yeast, smooth and refreshing, so enjoyable.

Draft... Pours clear and golden with a large, creamy, white head. Good retention. Subtle bouquet of cereal grains and citrus fruit - key lime, lemon and light woody funk. Light-bodied with a thin mouthfeel and dancing carbonation. The flavor is lightly fruity, mildly tart and as bright as high-noon in the Mojave. Crisp, clean, refreshing finish.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, june 21st. Pours hazy orange with a large creamy white head. Aroma is citrus, spices, light funky, hay, barnyard. Taste is light sweet malty, light spicy and medium sharp citric tartness, a bit too much astringency in the acidity. Medium bodied.
