Deep amber with vanishing head. Strong bret nose, vinyl, wood, the acidic which appear to be the distinguishing mark of this brewery, fruity.

Orange-brown in colour with a lingering beige coloured head, good lacing. The aroma is slightly sour, oaky, some apple vinegar, a bit earthy. The flavour is sour to start, some tartness lingers, sharp, cherries, fruity, some oak and yeast, light vinegar and wood. Sharp mouthfeel, medium body, high carbonation. Finishes long as the sharpness continues, dry with some apple cider vinegar.

Seems to be lacking in some body, its hard to believe that this is 11%. The cherry flavour picks up near the end. Sort of middle of the pack sour beer.

750ml bottle shared by IPFreely, thanks Tim.

Bottle. Pours reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma is basement funk, oak, random fruits, and a bit sweet chocolate malt that should be out of place, but somehow works well. Flavor is perfectly tart, with a really big spice profile, juicy fruits, then it finishes quick and dry, with a touch of lingering lemon. The aftertaste is really good pinot noir. A bit of warming, but not enough to indicate 11% ABV at all. awesome.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, blankboy, tupalev, jerc & garthicus - courtesy of HogTownHarry. Reddish-orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is funky and a bit woody, with a tart edge. Medium bodied. Flavour is quite complex, funky and spicy and vinous, with a long, tart, dry finish. Fantastic!

Cloudy orangey reddish brown. Tart and winey aroma, with a lot of oaky, woody notes in the background. Big mix of flavors, and its difficult to pick all of them out. Some citrus, a lot of red wine, more oak, a bit of cherry. Well blanded and complex. Very tasty stuff. From McScrooges, Knoxville.
