3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Thanks to bman1113vr for sharing this bottle.
The cork removes with a loud pop. The beer pours an orange color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the brett, oranges and lemons, and sour green apples. About what I have come to expect from the beers in this line. The flavor is also very nice. I get some caramel malt as well as some sour green apples and some light funk. Not too sour or funky since it is still young, but there is enough to make the beer very drinkable and enjoyable. Medium mouthfeel and low carbonation. A very nice sour from a great brewery.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Reviewed from notes.
Pours a slightly-browned garnet color with a thin off white head and a tiny bit of lacing. Nose brings some lactic sourness, cherries, hints of dark fruits, and a bit of earth. Taste and feel add in a nice oak presence and the sourness becomes a bit more prevalent. The cherries and light malt fit well together bringing a nice bready character out. Drinks quite well; glad I got to try this one.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a very small sized head of frothy medium sized clear colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a hazy with lots of suspended floating particulate brown colored body. The aroma was farm house and sour. The mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mellow finish. The flavor contained notes of very vinous sour brown malt. Not much to my liking and one that I would likely drink again.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Charleston Beer Exchange. It pours deep red with a small white head. The nose is red berry, vinous, wood, earth, light vanilla, toasted coconut and natural yoghurt. The taste is tart red berry, vinous, wood, light acidity, jammy fruity, damp leaf, crisp acidity, mustiness, yoghurt, alcohol and tart green apple, with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp tartness, good depth and balance. Another winner from BFM.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
75 cl bottle (no 276) from Welschland, Zürich. Pours cloudy rustic colour with a small head. Sour dark fruit aroma as well as yoghurt. The flavours are quite sour, mildened by a hint of yoghurt and vanilla, closing up woody and dry. Vinous notes in the finish. A masterpiece of a beer.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Thanks to adneilsen for sharing - hazy amber - zero head - aroma is fairly mild - wine barrel, light acetic notes, red grape skins, light vinegar - zero carb, watery texture - moderately acidity/vinegary flavor up front, followed by a very sharp acidity late - much of the other character is washed out by this - some earthy funk, damp oak - sour apple, mild vanilla - some leathery character - pales in comparison to earlier vintages of this beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Dark cloudy amber. Minimal head. Sharp grape and lambic aroma. Flavour is light sour brown and wine. Like taking a wine and "beering" it up. Just different. Very cool, lambic-like but kind of barely beer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle looks really good, although a bit complex. Beer in the glass brownish, huge head. Starts modest sourish, fruity like sour apple and grapefruit. Some spicy hints. Finish drier, still sourish. Okay.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Poured a light hazy reddish/brown color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of sour notes with oak and vinous notes is quite enjoyable. Taste is a quite complex mix between some sour and vinous notes with some tart oak notes which are trying to hides a sweet Belgian malt bases. Body is full for style with good carbonation and alcohol is very well hidden. Complex mix that is hard to describe but very enjoyable. Hard to decipher all the barrel that were used but very fin nonetheless.
