Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Bottle # 276. ABV on the label is 11.0%. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Tart berryish and very funky aroma. Medium body, sweet caramel and tart fruit, lovely sweet barrel character. Tart finish. Funk the great way. 200912

Draft at Churchkey. This is going to amount to purely a sour tick for me. Classic notes on this beer just like all of the other vintages; deep plum colored pour with dark fruit sweetness and big vinous sweetness mixed with red wine vinegar and nice biting sour character. Boozy, delicious.

Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG12, Ulfborg.

[ Trade by fiulijn ]. Clear light dark amber orange colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate ot heavy tart, berries, oak, fruity. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, cherry, grape, wood, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120818]

Aroma has ripe fruits and bit funk. Hazy brown no head. Taste has berries, cherry, apple. Sour, medium body, light feel, long finish. Interesting, nuanced and tasty.

Draft @ Moeder Lambic, Fontainas.

been wanting to try one of these for a while // finally I would say // 25 cl. draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic // very dark pomegranate, off-white head, neat appearance // smell is rich sour jam, berries, fruit liquer, both s & t have an element to me that oddly for me feels like a sour La Trappe O.A. 3, vinegar, wood // taste is round, soft, jammy straight lime, strawberry jam, berry jam, quite heavy on the strawberries. vinegar, wood, almost spirit like in the ending, sourness sinks in, malty // jammy body // yeah

On tap at Rustico - Alexandria. Very tart and really vinous. Some acetic and a lot of lactic. Cherry and some dark fruits. Mild oak. Light body and carbonation.

Fun, interesting, intense vinous beer that was doing it before it was cool. Enjoyed on draft at the Beer Kitchen in KC. Hazy, ruddy amber color. Nose of tart cherries, raspberries, and schnapps. Tart taste, not quite sour, but rather an even acidity that rolls into malty body and a faint saccharine note. Mild bitterness and some alcohol warmth.

2011? I can only assume. Enjoyed on tap at Ebenezer’s Pub. Orange, wild, yeasty, tart, A little apple cider, a sipper that was a delicious drinkable sour. Big Lace.
