Bottle sample at a sour tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks kerenmk. Slightly hazy amber color. Sour flavor with vinegar, a bit of funk, malt, light sweetness, a bit of alcohol, fruitiness and a bit of bitterness. Medium-bodied, rounded mouthfeel.

Shared with Lupuloadicto. Red/amberish colour with an off-white head with good lasting. Aroma is very fruty, fresh and acidic. Flavor is quite similar as aroma, with red fruits notes, currants and berries are present, slightly hints of wood. The final is acidic with a good duration and maintaining fruity notes.

Pours a soft and cloudy red orange with a one finger head. Really nice nose, sour cherry and cherry pit upfront. Lactic acidity and a touch grainy with light apple skins. Very nice acidity to the flavor, prominent but soft on the edges. Tannic wood. Some cherry notes. Medium light body and crisp.
