Pours golden with an amber hue. Smells sour immediately. This was a friend's who had chilled the bottle. We let it sit for a few minutes before partaking. Exceptional. Masks the 11% with ease. Strange taste that hits the back of your palette, which apparently is common among Swiss sours. Sour profile increased as it warmed.

pours clear bright ruby with a very nice small white cap showing some retention and lacing. balsamic vinegar - fairly present acetic, sweet nutty-fruity-caramel maltiness, berry-like fruitiness, slightly perfumey esters, peppery, gently woody - some vanilla tones - nice barrel use. moderate carbonation, medium body - oily and a bit sticky, lightly acetic, astringent, sweetish and grassy-spicy finish. not overly complex, but tasty with a nice barrel-ageing.

Enjoyed on tap at Moeder Lambic. This sort of beer does not usually float m y boat but this has a lovely oakiness too it. Nice sourness, slight bit of chocolate on the finish. Very drinkable...might order another. First Swiss beer I’ve had. Better than their cheese!

75cl butelka. OCZY : Piwo jest mętne. Ma ciemno-pomarańczowy kolor wpadający w brąz. Piwo słabo się pieni. Podczas wlewania widać kilka dużych bąbelków. Dopiero po wlaniu, gaz wyłania cienką warstwę piany o kolorze szarym. NOS : bardzo bogate aromaty owocowe. Gotowanych i świeżych owoców. Wiśnie, gruszka, winogrona, jabłka, ananas, porzeczki czarne, truskawka .... Trudno wszystkie wymienić. Mocną nutą są aromat tarty i budyniu. To nie wszystko. Zapach jest wytrawny i nosi intensywna nutę drewna. Alkohol. USTA : lekko gazowane o oleistej teksturze i średnio gęstej konsystencji. Jest dosyć słodkie jak kompot. Ale to tylko początek. Zanim przełknę, piwo zaczyna kwaśnieć. Wystarczy oddech by aromat dorysował do smaku wyżej wypisane owoce. Trochę przypomina wiśnie z kompotu i drewno. Super. OCENA : smak : 8/10 pijalność : 7/10

Thanks to do miens @RBBWG14!! Pours a hazy caramel color with an off white head. The noise is citrus and acidic. The taste is a balance of tart sourness and nice fruitiness. The body is medium and effervescent carbonation. Great stuff!

Little cloudy amber red beer, small beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit soapy, sourish, lots of red wine, sour stuff, alcohol, hint of caramel. MF: soft carbon, full body, smooth texture. Taste: sour start, alcohol, lots of acidity, lemony, wood notes, lacto acid, some caramel, more alcohol. Aftertaste: high acidity, lemony, sour candy, some overripe fruits.
