Bottle shared at beers of the world. Aroma is strong with wheat notes and an overall banana. Pours chunky thick and straw yellow with great carbonation. Taste is a good blend of wheat mixed with a grainy farmhouse ale hop. Good lemon notes. Goes down like a wheaty saison. Very pleasant.

Bottle watching the Super Bowl: pours clear, deep golden, milky fine 1 finger off white head. Nose- guezesque, Brett funk, lemon rinds, cedar, floral hops on the nose. More floral hops, Biere De Garde characteristics, tart and sour on the finish. Medium bodied. Pretty solid. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap. Pours hazy golden amber with a medium off-white head and great lacing. Aroma is mild honey and floral notes. Flavor is very floral, lightly sweet with a floral finish and minimal bitterness. Light body, creamy texture, light astringence. An odd one, for sure.

7 5 cl. bottle // 2009 Vintage // Hilariously BBF 01/11/2014 07:34h (local time?) // split with Kraddel. A bière de garde according to the bottle. 0.015 % salt. Bright orange, white head. Oranges, mellow sourness, almost geuze-like in the nose, marmalade, orange zest with a touch of green bell pepper. Taste is lactic sour funk, unintentional infection, BFM style, touch bitter in the back, barnyard, hay, orange & lemon zest, mineral, touch grass, could go further & become geuze, green bell pepper,… Medium, tad yeasty, strongly unintentional,…
