3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
330 ml bottle. BB J/2016. 4.5%. From a trade with CH-303. Thanks Asbjørn!
Clear amber colour with a tiny off-white head.
Fruity hops, mild sourness, sweet malt and some berries in the aroma. Nice!
The flavour is disappointing after the aroma. Malt, yeast and bread. Blah.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, 4.5%. The aroma starts off citric, almost sour. Turns more citric, hoppy. Cloudy amber colour. OK white head. The flavour is moldy with a good Brett note. Not as citric as many other Brett beers, but with a good funky note. Other than that, it is fairly straightforward, even simple. But all in all good.

4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Tipi Bar Siviez, Switzerland. The only real craft beer bar on 4 Vallees ski area. There’s many bar/restauran at the slopes having Heineken, Cardinal, Erdinger, etc. but only here I’ve managed to find BFM beers. So I was pilgrim here every day. La Cuivree, La Salamandre and La Torpille available at the time. Orange/amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, mild fruity caramel nose. Sweetish malty, fruity, light spicy and caramel with notes of yeast in the finish. Pleasant one.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Full refreshing taste with nutty bitterness. The aftertaste is much more subtile with a bit more flower. Nice beer with awesome labels.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice brown color with good amount of foam. Aroma of flowery hops and a bit nutty with roasted malts. Taste is malty, bready, slightly sour and with a bitter finish. A good and easy beer, BFM’s standard.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: DEC 15, 2014 330ml bottle served in a thumbler glass
A: Pours a cloudy dark orange to amber color forming a medium soapy and creamy beige head. Good retention and lots of lingering lacings left in the glass
S: Quite spicy and fruity. Lots of citrus flavors. Flowery and grassy hops. Orange zest. Strong notes of caramel malts. Bready and mainly earthy yeasts
T: Slightly sweet malts upfront followed by a quite grassy and citrus hoppy bitterness. Notes of grapefruit, caramel malts and spices. In overall, a dry and bitter taste. Quite good and refreshing
M: Light to medium body. Good carbonation. Bready aftertaste mixed with a citruses and considerable hops bitterness
O: Good drinkability. Not an Euro Pale Lager, for sure (First of all, it’s an Ale!). I would classify it as a Belgian Pale Ale
