Syrlig, jästsmak, känner inte igen smaken som salvia men uppskattar kryddningen. Fint sommaröl som alternativ till veteöl.

Bottle with swingtop 0,33ltr: Hazy yellow coloured brew with an fine well balanced taste of spices (i think red pepper), and hintgs of oranges, Quite good beer from the Swiss Jura canton.

Bottle, pale yellow with small white head.... the aroma is sage and lots of it ! .... the flavor is perfume and sage..... medium body.......

Swingtop bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is sage, light acid, brett, yeast, and fruit. The flavour is light acidic with notes of spices, herbs like sage and lime. Citrussy finish.

This is a pale yellow beer with heavy sediment, a slightly bitter taste, and is reminiscent of a saison. A very different and enjoyable beer. Good for summer drinking.

Poured golden with creamy white head. Smelled like ketchup, but is suppose that is the ginger. Tastes like lemon, and a little floral, with a ginger bite that was way too overwhelming. Sourness was mild.

Tap at Belgian cafe (philly) - aroma is herbal tea, lightly tannic, sweet Tea. Lots of lemon citrus, orange. Very light for 8.5%. Silky body. Finish is slightly metallic. Not bad.

Sampled from the tap. Poured a hazy pale gold with a white head that dissipated slowly to the edges and laced. Aroma had a good amount of citrus and lemon with some dry funk and a bit of light grain. Flavor began with lemon and morphed in to a dry slightly funky finish with some earthy grains backing.

Pale orange with a medium white head. Fruity with spicy tones. Malt, fruit and spices. Medium body with a long bitter finish.

Spicy sage nose with some sweet pale malts and fruity yeast. Taste is light to moderately sweet, lightly bitter with sage, spicy yeast and honey dough.
