33cl swing top bottle from AndrewC. It’s a funky Belgian Wit. Hazy gold amber with lasting white head. Almost saison on the aroma. Dry almost biscuit in the mouth. Hoppy citrus on the finish. Funny I’d call this a saison. Hoppy bite on the finish. Good orange fruit lasting finish. Likeable.

Quite clear, golden under a medium thick fluffy head, persistent. Good aroma intensity of citrus, yeast and coriander, unusually perfumed. Medium full bodied, tastes include dry fruity malt with citrus and warm spices, not only coriander but something akin to all-spice or other christmas spice, quite well balanced, medium plus length. Feels pretty thorough and hand-crafted compared to mediocre examples of the style. I’ll try another.

Bottle, 33cl. A decent, white head forms over an unclear, pale golden body. The aroma is lighlty spiced, with a nice fruityness, some pale malts and a little caramel touch. The flavor has some spices up front, it’s quite fruity, and with a backdrop of lightly caramel-ish malts. Medim body, soft and pleasant carbonation. A decent bitterness shows up towards the end. An easy drinkable and tasteful beer. 131004
