2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
(swing top bottle, 33cl, with thanks to Allen) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Sweet and slightly sour fruity (citrus) and wheaty aroma with very present coriander spice and traces of soap/vegetables. Moderately sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Delicately yeasty, wheat-malty taste with notes of citrus and rather modest notes of coriander; almost dry, sourish and slightly tart and spicy finish. 17.I.10

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
The bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass quite light, huge head, modest turbid. Sourish aroma. Starts fine fruity like lemon and apricot, quite sourish. Finish is a bit dry-floury. Still quite drinkable. Good one. Big thanks to Allen for the bottle!

Bottle shared by larsga. Low dense white head. Greyish-golden body with floaters. Sharp and dry, spicy and wheathy aroma. Notes of citrus zest. Crisp, bordering to astringent wheat flavor. Citrus and spice notes. Light-bodied, rough on the palate though. Dry finish with notes of tannins.

Swing top bottle from Allen, thanks! Pale blonde, cloudy. lemon, yeast, chalk and vinegar in the aroma. Lemony sour flavor with notes of wine vinegar and onion. Intentional infection? The result is certainly drinkable.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
330 ml bottle. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. Citrusy and refreshing aroma. Slightly acidic. Cat piss. Quite dry aroma and more so in the flavour. Wheaty flavours. Watery at times as well. High carbonation level. Hop bitterness is there, but shows up more in the finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Trade with Allen. Pours an opaque cloudy straw yellow with a brief dense white meringue of a head that rather quickly fades away. Sourish aroma of floral perfume, wheat, orange oil, and mild spices. Light palate with flavours of wheat and honey, lavender, cardamom, and subtle spice. Bordering on sour. Bitterly tart and acidic, like biting a grape seed. I enjoyed this take on a style that usually embodies too much sweetness with the wheat and spices. Instead this is a very austere, lean, bitterly refreshing example. Thanks Allen!
