Sampled at Mondial 2006. The Salamander. The body was a very cloudy light yellow with a frothy white head. The aroma was lemons with some barnyard leather and hay. The taste was lemons with some corrinader. There was a fair amoutn of spice in teh finish. A little grassy with lots of carbonation. A typical wit.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow colour with a small white head. Wheat aroma with some spicy hints. Slightly sweet malty flavor with some spicy hints of coriander. Dry finish with some hints of citrus.

(Bottle 75 cl) Unclear pale golden with a small, white head. Pronounced, soft wheat aroma with notes of citrus and coriander. Light-bodied, incredibly dry and sour with notes of grapefruit. 071105

Bottle. Spicy aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. No head. Refreshing flavour which is a little acidic and spicy. The acidity suits this beer quite well. A little watery, but that does not hurt my overall impression of it.

Tasted at Fynske Øldage 2005, Pale yellow beer with a small white head. Yeasty and quite dusty aroma. Sweet fruity flavor, some citric notes and a dusty dry finish.

Bottled @ Fynske Øldage: Light yellow coloured. Hazy. Dense white head. Sweet, spiced and yeasty in the nose. Not very distinct. Is sweet and grapish, with a light spicy note in the flaovur. Ends on dry grapish note. Quite refreshing.

(Bottle at Fynske Øldage) Yellow color. Very small white head. Sour aroma with some alcohol. Not inviting. Thin sour flavor which makes my teeth squeak. Not a pleasant beer.

Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a medium white head.Yeasty acid aroma and a light sour fruity taste. Medium body and a sweet sour finish.
