COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Nice creamy longlasting head. Aroma is sweet and spiced, caramel malts, cloves, nuts, ginger, cardamom, cocoa, burnt caramel. Taste is cloves, cocoa, grass, hay, caramel malts, cardamom, burnt caramel, dark sugar, ginger. Medium bitterness. Pretty boring.

Bottle from Allen, thanks! Excellent, desert-like aroma. Caramel, sponge cake, banana, plums, subtle red fruit (raspberry?), root spices and dry wood. The taste doesn’t quite hold up, though it’s still very good. Very spicy, while in the finish it is more malty, caramelly, almost chocolatey, slightly woody. The flavour is less fruity than anticipated. Very nice!

Bottle 33cl from Map thanks ! A cloudy amber beer with medium head. Aroma is grainy, caramel, vanilla, sweet, yeast presence, a strange lactic note (normal ?), light acid cherry touch, not that exiting but drinkable.

330 ml bottle in Geneva, Switzerland. Pours dark color with a very thin beige head. Aroma is sour malt. An iIntensely sour more so than even most sour beers. Another unenjoyable beer.

Pours dark brown with a large fading head. Nose shows heavy brett with spices and a bit of chocolate. Similar flavours. Acidic notes, chocolate, lemon. A bit weird, in regards to having the brett in with the richer, darker malt. Doesn’t quite work. Carbonation seems a bit excessive.
