Bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier
Hazy reddish amber color. It has the classic funky aroma of BFM, maybe just slightly milder than usual. Good body strength; it has good malt and caramel flavor, with no evident wheat, but an interesting peppery and coffeish note in the final. Very good, solid, interesting.

cloudy dark amber-orange beer under a moderate beige foam left; aroma of coffee and banana with hoppy tones in the background; full-bodied with some sweetness below; a pretty fair bitterness; a long hoppy and coffeish aftertaste with some residual sugars and warming alcohol notes - distinctly more impressive in bottle than draught at the brassin public
