Having this beer on tap, poured into a goblet. This beer pours a cloudy reddish color with a thick, creamy head that lasts. Has a sweet/sour, vinegary smell with a hint of coffee. The taste is a wonderful combination of sweet, malty, and bitter. Citrus sweetness and a creamy maltiness, cereal and grains with hints of pepper and cinnamon combine with a subtle coffee taste with slight hint of chocolate. The beer finishes with a slight creamy coating on the tongue with bitter and sweet notes.

75 cl bottle @ RBBWG 2012, Antwerpen. Got this bottle via trade, thanks Rémi.

Good, stable cream to amber head over hazed orange-brown beer. Spiced, yeasty notes. Nutmeg, wild fruits. Bitter-spicy-fruity-wheaty - God! Marvellous balance, nearly unparallelled. Bitter like rootspices and a touch of coffee, spices as nutmeg, fruit maybe redcurrant, whilst the finish is pure orangepeel. Medium to well-bodied, extremely slick. Simply excellent.

Hazy brown body with an off-white creamy head. Very well balanced aroma of hops, flowers, ... Heavily bitter, lightly sweet flavour - bit caramel. Well balanced beer, maybe somewhat one dimensional.

On tap at redlight redlight. Tart apples and caramel on the nose. Pours a reddish amber with a thick white head. Citrusy with bananas followed by an immediate tartness with sour orange flavors and hints of caramel. Finishes acidic and dry. Excellent

Tap at Maxs. Unfiltered amber-orange-brown. Steady uniform beige/off-white head. My first Swiss Weizenbock, sort of has an sour edge to it..is all BFM sour, a la Jolly Pumpkin? Lacy. Completely unique, a sour coffee doppelbock, though it leans towards a Flanders Red in a way too. Medium to full body. Fascinating beer.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy amber, mid sized head. Citric nose with some bubblegum. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded spritzy mouthfeel. Citric and sourish with bubblegum esters and slight notes of coffee. Another winning BFM creation!
