Hazy brown body with an off-white creamy head. Very well balanced aroma of hops, flowers, ... Heavily bitter, lightly sweet flavour - bit caramel. Well balanced beer, maybe somewhat one dimensional.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, Belgium Saturday 29th April 2012 Wild fruity beer with a slightly sour nose, good tangy beer getting better after a slow burner of a start. The barman suggested that this was a beer that would make me orgasm, it didn’t though to be honest in such a public place I was glad. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2

tasted it on solothurn beer-days 2012. darker amber-orangeish hazy beer with an offwhite head. smells sourish-yeasty-fruity all together. tasts more refreshing than expected by reading the vol%., has citrus notes. aftertaste is a bit hoppier with nice bitterness, some alcohol, and still with some citrus. i liked it! sourish but not too sourish, fruity, not so sweet like other bocks, wow!

Smells of clove, wheat, nutmeg. Tastes metallic, like sucking gonna rusted paperclip. Some candi sugar, only a late hint of sourness. Not particularly good, at all.

Draft. An unclear amber beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruit, dusty hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, fruits, and malt, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier
Hazy reddish amber color. It has the classic funky aroma of BFM, maybe just slightly milder than usual. Good body strength; it has good malt and caramel flavor, with no evident wheat, but an interesting peppery and coffeish note in the final. Very good, solid, interesting.

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Amber orange colour, bit cloudy, big beige yellow creamy head. Aroma is jammy, lots of maltiness, slight savoury/vegetable sourness, fruity strawberry. Taste is rich, sweet and fruity. Lots of malt and grain, bit of pear, that vegetable thing again, touch of cream, and towards the end, just a hint of milky coffee. Strange and nice.
