Unclear golden with a fading white head. Strange acidic fruity aroma, woody, never eat mulberries so I can’t detect ’em. A bit sharp and woody. Balanced nevertheless, as any Bi-Du beer.

Clean amber-orange; small white head, fast gone. Fruity nose, whiff of sherry. Dry, not-quite moulded grain in the background. Light, but present short sharp fruit flavour, definitely not recognisable; a bit like citric-like berries or red/whitecurrant. Sharpish, but agreable titillating acidic. Quite surprising beer; fruity but unrecognisable (then, I might have Morus Nigra in my garden, Morus Alba I’ve even never seen in life!). Light, but pleasing.
