Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy golden with a dense and frothy off-white head. Fruity nose with some juicy hops. Medium body, a little sweet hops before a solid dose of hops and some nice peachy hops. Ends dry and rather hoppy - almost astringent. 290111

Strepitosa creazione del Bi-Du, questa H10op5 è stato uno dei miei primi amori nella scena dei micro produttori italiani, un paio di anni fa. Ribevuta oggi conserva e amplifica la sua grandezza; w il luppolo w la h10op5.

Scauca (490) - Lovere, ITALY - NOV 15, 2007
Little hazy bright golden appearance with a little white head. Nice quite strong grassy aroma, with a good malt counterpart. Some spicy and resinous. Well bodied to support all that hop, not that carbonated. Very dry mouthfeel.

Comments: Bottle from Off License in Roma. Rather bland for a hop fest. Limited aromatics. Flat or almost. Powdery yeastiness hinders the flavours all along, this seems to be a common occurring in Italy. I expected better, more brightness and freshness while this still had a good 3 months before the expiration date. A bit too yeasty and unclean.

Draught at Salone Della Birra Artigianale e di Qualità 2007, Milan
Written H10OP5</su because 10 hops are used in all 5 brewing steps

Hazy golden color; creamy head; nice lace. Hoppy aroma, perfumy, Saaz (?), white sugar. Medium-light body, good malt flavor; strong hopping and well aromatic; mittel-european character; the malt is partially missing in the final. Very good. Imperial Pilsner.
