UPDATED: JUL 7, 2009 Bottled 75cl. Courtesy of daniele. It pours a murky golden beer with a decent sized white head. The aroma is fantastic- wonderful hops showing up which are accompanied by grapefruit, blood orange, pineapple, a huge amount of coconut, clementines and a faint medicinal hint- in a positive term. Impressive and extremely strong. Nice taste which is acidic. Medium bodied. Low carbonation. Plenty of character. Some sage sneaking in- this beer is indeed quite acidic. I like this component though. Beautiful lacework. Refreshing. Dry fruity finish which is reminiscent of blood oranges. What a nice beer which has a lot of character. Thanks a lot daniele!

UPDATED: MAR 15, 2006 Draught at the brewpub, July 2005, 7-4-6-2-13=32
Cloudy blond color; yoghurt-like head, thick. Sharp aroma of spices (coriander) and orange peel. Quite smooth, sweet, some malt, light fruity sourness; at the very end there is some bitterness. It should have a more biting flavor (spices? Hops?)

Draught at the brewpub, 2003-08-03, 7-3-5-3-13=31
Nice strong wheat beer aroma, metallic. Fresh and drinkable; reasonable characteristics, but maybe too watery, and too simple palate too.
