COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rossa rubino a bassa fermentazione in stile tedesco. Unica birra, per il momento, a bassa fermentazione prodotta dal BI-DU. La sua lavorazione prevede una doppia decozione dovuta all’utilizzo di malto MUNICH (circa il 96%). Non ci siamo ispirati ad ha uno stile vero e proprio, potrebbe rientrare nella categoria delle DUNKEL o delle MUNCHNER tedesche.

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2007 Draught at "Salone della Birra Artigianale 2007" - Milan.
Adherent and bulky head, optimal persistence. Red dark color, hazy and decidedly "dirty" with a good body. "Warm" and light alcoholic aroma with rumors of malty, dry wood and chestnut. Velvety and soft taste, a lot balanced with decided caramel notes and cocoa (not a lot however).

Draught at Salone Della Birra Artigianale e di Qualità 2007, Milan
Hazy dark amber color. Nice caramel aroma, cocoa, milky. Medium malty body, a lot of caramel, on the sweet side in the beginning, but rising bitterness from the roasted malt. Not really a Dunkel, but very good. Light hop note hidden, in the end.
