Bottle by mail order from Umano liquor store in Kanazawa. Golden copper with a low, fine head. Rather cloudy. Aroma of hops and caramel malt. Hops are citrus, grass, and some earth. Floral and slightly yeasty. Sweet, fruity flavor, lots of sweet orange, flowers, some honey and biscuits. Nice bitter finish, though restrained, with minerals. Just a touch of caramel. Smooth, silky, and full. Very tasty and very drinkable. Good stuff.

La definizione migliore che ho letto in giro è che questa ipa è un pò ruffiana. Ed è così ma in senso positivo perchè è estremamente equilibrata, fruttata al naso (agrumi) ma è la luppolatura al palato e nel finale che entusiasma. Ottima.

75cl bottle. Pours a cloudy orange color with a medium creamy white head. Long lasting foam. Aroma is huge hops, floral with big pineapple and peach notes. Taste il fruity and fresh. Bitter from middle to the end. Good body and carb. Great tasy brew, and very fresh too.

Regular bottle from Brewery Creek. Pours a opaque orange amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma is of muted hops, some caramel malt and some light spice as well as yeast. Hops seem a little floral in the taste, mild caramel, some breadiness and light spice. Decent effort at a west coast IPA but if it weren’t for the novelty that it’s from Italy I think I would have marked it slightly lower. Not bad though.

12 oz. bottle, pours a murky orange with lots of sediment and a medium white head. Aroma of piney hops, caramel, spices, yeast and resin. Flavour is spicy hops, doughy malt, yeast, and more spices. Finishes spicy and yeasty. Solid IPA.

Cloudy yeasty copper body, offwhite head. Flavour of resiny hops, caramelly malt, bread and fruits. Flavour is intense with resiny hops. Medicinal taste. Sharp caramelly malt. This is really tight for a 5.5 abv beer. Some metal in aftertaste.

Sammy (6113) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 10, 2011
Somewhat overated. The promise of something good is teased from the initial orange citrus aroma, that on settling in the glass becomes more rather yeasty. Smells like a pale really, though strong bitterness and good drnkability. 1.5X IPA though not complex. Bottle from Presario.

Bottled @ cgarvieuk’s Need some Cupboard Space tasting. Slightly hazy, golden colour, off-white head. Nose is grapefruit, fruity, light malty. Flavour is grapefruit, dusty, juicy, citric. Slightly bitter finish. Ok stuff.
