4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
330ml bottle. Cloudy orange body, big yellow head with good retention and lacing, floating sedimentation. The nose is delicious: grapefruit, caramel, lots of spices (mostly cloves), sour cherry, peach, herbal hops. Taste of spices, yeast, herbal hops, some woodiness, peach. A very nice IPA without the excessive bitterness.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
3 finger white head, that lasted a little while. Carbinated with a bit of a darker yellowy orange to it. Smell is of light grapefruit. Taste well the head actully feels and taste a bit creamy some what. 1st sip was on an orange and grape ffruit taste, but most sips keep brining out a grassy eatrhy bitterness hoppy taste and there was a little warmth felt from the 6.5% Not fantastic but itís acully good for what it is. Cheerís!!!

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This Italian IPA pours a hazy golden colour with a frothy off-white head, good retention, but minimal lacing. Aromas of grapefruit with the hops, with very sweet malts. Medium-bodied but not really dry with hops. Not crazy bitter but the hop is present. Mild roasted malt seems to smoke up the hop. Lots of fruit (oranges mostly). Still, not enough to save this one. Decent, but nothing close to exceptional.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from the LCBO, which, as usual, manages to provide a less than fresh imported IPA. I would really like to try this beer fresh because what I get now is quite good. Lots of sweet fruits in the aroma and taste--peach, orange, and grapefruit in particular. I nice bitter finish that isnít particularly overbearing but blends nicely. Lovely orange/copper colouring. Really solid IPA

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Hazy copper, sticky, small off white head. Earthy hops, grass, and mint. Medium carb, medium mouth feel. Finish is very herbal, mint, and cereals. Not a very good ipa in my books.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from the LCBO. Cloudy golden-yellow body with a small off-white head. Aroma and flavour are both oddly amorphous - one minute there are notes of pineapple and mango, the next mandarin orange, the next mint and lemongrass - and both are also quite enjoyable through it all. Body is moderately full, with a rustic feel to it. A really curious brew...

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Wow what a pleasant little treat. Beautiful cloudy gold look, white head. Grassy-herbal aroma and taste unlike any IPA Iíve tried before, kind of minty and grassy - set very elegantly against the malt and fruit profile. Tangerine-like citrus and pale dried fruits, complex. Wonderful juicy full and quenching palate, unusually full tasting without any sticky USA-style malts running away with the show. A total "character brew" with an extremely classy balance of well-chosen elements and its own European styling. Will re-buy! Bottle 330ml /lcbo,

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
330 ml bottle from the lcbo. Pours hazed orange with a lasting white head. Aroma of indistict c hops, powdery malts. Light of flavour, slightly oxidized. Typical ipa, slightly sloppy packaging, totally unnecessary addition to the local market. Almost every local ipa is better and cheaper then this. Tick

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
330mL bottle from my luckbo. Hazy orange with a small beige head with spots from the yeast. The aroma and flavour both remind me of a lot stereotypical Quebecois IPAís. Possible malt extract mixed with a certain yeast variety thatís kind of distinctive. Iím kind of blown away by how much this seems like it was brewed in Quebec, and would be middle-of-the-pack compared to other IPAís of that province. I had to check the bottle to make sure this was actually Italian. Maybe theyíre following the same glorified homebrew recipe? Itís not bad, it just screams amateur to me. Ah well. Sour, dry, citrusy, powdered sugar, yeast, cloves.
