Clear medium to dark yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, toasted, moderate hoppy, dry grass, hop flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100927]

Cloudy blond color. There is some hop aroma, but it’s light. The mouthfeel is on the dry side, also because of the prominent bitterness; there is some malt crispness and noble hops, even if not too much; too much carbonation. The final is drier, maybe too much, with a grassy side too. Pleasant, without excitement, but better than the other beers from the same brewery.

Unspektakulärer Antrunk, sehr lasch. Wenig hefig, etwas herb, langweilig!! 8/6/5/5//5

Tap at brewpub. Creamy/sour milk malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow color with small head and moderate effervescence. Slight sweet creamy barley malt and lightly bitter grassy hops aroma. Nice, solid Helles.
