[ Courtesy of fiulijn ]. Unclear medium to dark brown color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, spicy, christmas spices, cloves ! light chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, light chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20110218]

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel-sauce and alcohol. The flavor is very sweet with notes of straw, caramel, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Medium body, rather low in carbonation, lots of brown sugar and overripe fruit. Again a little Christmas spice but thankfully not overdone. Some alcohol heat in the finish. 180211

Brown color; creamy head, small. Light cinnamon aroma. Finally a sweet beer from Bicu, with a good malt and chocolate flavor, caramel, light roasted nuts, moderate cinnamon. The final has the light tickling feeling of the ginger.
