Cask at Bree Louise. Pours a clear, extremely light yellow with a few bubbles. Apple and sugar aroma with some must. Moderately sweep with nice apple notes and mild funk. Light bodied with almost no carbonation. Fishes sweet and semi-dry with lingering apple. Good stuff.

Very pale. Winey, soft and sweetish. Tastes like Canadian industrial cider. Quite lame - why bother?

Box draft @ Beau Nash cider festival, Bath. Pale yellow-greenish hue. White wine look. Bland white wine aroma is barely there. Has some acidity in the finish. Is drinkable but has hardly any apple character. Tastes like a simple cheap white wine. As a wine it would be ok but as a cider it falls flat. Basically a "cider cooler" character.
