Aroma gives loads of honey apple juice light spice and some wood. Taste is again sweet very much like drinking just apple juice as thers no hint of alcohol. Perhaps we did this wrong as its a mulling cider and we had it cold at the end of a 30 bottle tasting?

750ml bottle, courtesy of BeerTart, drunk at home on 30th Dec 09. Spicy apple aroma, bit of alcohol. Quite mild aroma for a cider. Clear still amber looks. Sweet, coats the mouth. spiced apple. Better when drunk warm with spices (as most of this bottle was).

[Bottle from ] Sweet apple aroma, notes of honey and cinammon, nutmeg, almost caramel like. Full, syrupy sweet with a litle dryness and no detectable alcohol.
