Jun 27, 2007 [Bottle from ] Sweet apple aroma, notes of honey and cinammon, nutmeg, almost caramel like. Full, syrupy sweet with a litle dryness and no detectable alcohol.

Feb 13, 2007 Aroma gives loads of honey apple juice light spice and some wood. Taste is again sweet very much like drinking just apple juice as thers no hint of alcohol. Perhaps we did this wrong as its a mulling cider and we had it cold at the end of a 30 bottle tasting?
