COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Available in 1 litre bottles. Previously also available in keg, cask and polypins, but has been doscontinued in those formats.
What could be more natural in a traditional apple-growing area than to produce apple cider. An excellent alternative to other alcoholic drinks, our strong, still cider is made from the juice of farm pressed Kentish Culinary and Dessert apples. Available in sweet, medium or dry these ciders will quench your thirst in the heat of summer or the chill of winter.

A Mes rate. Barrel at Nottingham Beer Festival.
Clear pale yellow and totally flat. Nice sweet apples, very fruity, slight sulphur. No real character. Just can’t really get into sweet cider.

(Cask at Three Judges, Glasgow, the day after RBESG 2007) Very pale yellow, no head. Sweet fruity apple flavor. A bit sourish.

[Cask from The Three Judges] Strangely colourless, cloudy appearance. Fresh mushy apples, some floral, elderflower notes soem quite a bit of alcohol. Full body, dry and spicey, lots of alcohol in the finish, masks the flavour.

Veyr nice and very strong. The taste is a little dry but not as alcoholic as the aroma suggests initially.

Strong in alcohol, strangely light in taste for an English cider. The alcohol level eventually catches up with you halfway through the pint. Had this at The Cherry Tree (est. 1372!), in a side alley off High St., Canterbury, England. Creamy accents, very very pale (I suppose because of the high ABV). An intresting little Kentish cider.

Cask at Cherwell Beer Festival, Bodicote, Oxon. Thick cloudy orange. The cloudiest cider I have ever seen, thick but tasty. Fresh apple mush with core and peel. Could do with clarifying.
