Sampeld from bottle shared by Badgerben. Pours a clear golden pale blone brew with a fast dissolving white head that retains a white ring. Aroma of light bready malt, some citrus zest and a touch of grass. Taste is light bodied, well carbonated, with flavors of light bread and citrus zest. Finish is slightly dry and then quickly disappears.

I thought I was drinking a premium lager as I didn’t pick up on the hops so much. A high quality yellow lager anyway. Very well carbonated. Most flavor and aroma comes from malt and creates a fairly thick, and very nice looking lager, gold with a tall white head. Well carbonated.

Thanks to Badgerben for sharing. Pours a light straw colored golden with a small white head. Very biscuity lemony lager spiciness. Very nice lager balance of spice and sweet biscuity malt.

On tap at the brewpub. Dark gold color with a medium head. Grassy aroma. Very surprising taste of grass, fresh grains, lemons and Noble hops. Almost an herbal quality. This seems to venture near to Saison territory, though without the horse blanket effect. Lovely simple lager. Very impressed.
3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 ColoradoBobs (31) - Colorado, USA - JUL 31, 2005
On tap at the brew-pub in Inagh, Ireland. Review by Mrs. ColoradoBobs.
Average sized rocky white head that diminished quickly over a light amber sparkling clear body..
Light strawy malt aroma mixed with floral hops.
Light, fizzy palate, with lots of small bubbly carbonation.
Just your basic microbrew lager, nice and hoppy and thoroughly thirst-quenching. Not nearly as good as Red Biddy.

UPDATED: OCT 1, 2005 Draught at the brewery/pub in Inagh, County Clare, Ireland. Light golden color with fluffy white head. Perfectly carbonated. Nose is slightly fruity and hoppy. The best thing about this beer is it’s grainy flavor and aftertaste which is well balanced with a bit of hop flavor. Excellent beer.
