75cl bottle. Pale golden. Very straightforward honeyish nose, little alcohol. Flavor is straight up sweet honey, very sweet and clean, hint of flowers. Light, a bit watery mouthfeel. Simple, natural honey aroma.

Clear golden color, no head. Strong sweet sugary honey aroma. Very honeyish, not overly sweet, but more or less sugary. Very simple dessert mead.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is honey along with some freshly cut alder. Flavour is honey, freshly cut wood as well as mild vanillaish notes. Alcohol shows a bit.

Bottle 75 cl. Clear yellow. Somewhat unclean honey aroma. Full-bodied, soft mouthfeel, light honey notes and some spices. Rather alcoholic finish. Somewhat primitive. 240409

Bottle, shared bt Papsoe. It pours a clear, pale, yellow-golden body without any head or carbonation. Sweet, herbal nose with some heather and a touch of alcohol. On the flowery side. Alcohol, honey and some heather in the flavor, alcohol-sweet and bitter. Warming, sweetish mouthfeel, and a honeyish, bitter finish. Too much alcohol evident in this one. (090514)

Light blond color. Light honey aroma. Good mouthfeel, sweet but not syrupy, with delicate honey flavor, light acidic touch. Not complex, but fairly well balanced.

Clear medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate honey, moderate to heavy alcoholic. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20090320]

Bottle at Papsoe’s - Thanks. Clear yellow - White head. Honey, fruity, sweetness, alcoholic, perfumes, raisins, spicy, candlewax, light tart. Boring.

Bottle. [Papsoe grand American tasting] Pale golden color. Aroma of wax, perfume, honey, alcohol, raisins, spice. Full boded, dry alcoholic texture. Heavy sweet flavor. Lingering honey sweet and perfume like finish.

Bottle, 11%. Waxy aroma, some honey. Clear yellow colour. The flavour has some wax and a good honey note. Sweet, but not too much.
