Champagne-like with a tartness and unique aroma with a dry finish. Thirst-quenching ale with farmhouse qualities. Clean, balanced, well-attenuated awesomeness.

Draft. Poured a clear golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good to excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy citrus and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium yeast and citrus flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectation where met.

Fresh growler to oversized snifter. Looks good; light and hazy with good carbonation and thin lacing. Smells pretty good too; wheat and doughy. Tastes solid; crisp and refreshing with a nice mouthfeel. One of the better saisons I’ve had.
